This is a candid photo of DJ sharing the Gospel with his neighborhood friend, Owen, on our back porch. Minutes later he led him in a prayer to follow Jesus. Please pray for Owen as DJ begins to disciple him. Owen's mom, Pam, called a few hours later and said that their whole family would like to have us over for dinner soon so we can talk more about Owen's decision and what it means to be a follower of Jesus. Pray for this family! Continue to pray for the "after school bible club" that meets in our home on Thursday afternoons.
Please continue to pray for Jeremy and Tehm as they lead "discovery bible studies" in the homes of lost people in the Toronto area. Pray for Sal and his family (from Sicily), living in Brampton. Jeremy meets with this family on Thursday nights to talk about Jesus and the Bible. Pray for Cliff and his family (from Jamaica), living in Toronto. Jeremy meets with them on Saturdays. Pray for Yung (from Vietnam), living in Mississauga -- Jeremy meets with him on Tuesdays. Pray for Jeremy as he will begin to meet soon with another Vietnamese family in Mississauga who don't know Jesus but are interested in learning more. Pray that doors will continue to open all over the Toronto area and that we will be leading these bible studies in homes every day of the week! Pray for a harvest! Pray for this harvest to result in many new churches!
Pray for other doors of ministry to open as well, especially with South Asians. We are connecting well with the South Asians in our own neighborhood (mostly Pakistani Muslims), but not elsewhere. South Asians make up a significant percentage of the Toronto population, and most of them continue to remain unreached with the Gospel. Pray for doors to open in this direction, please.
Pray for wisdom concerning Floradale Park -- whether or not we should continue there or move on to a few other areas with even higher concentrations of South Asians. We sense we may be dealing with an unexpected "Macedonian Call" that is pulling us towards these other communities, but we want to be sure of His will before making any decisions.
Please continue to pray for a church to be birthed right here in our own neighborhood as we continue to minister and reach out to our neighbors.

Good job, DJ! May you follow your father's step in serving the Lord.
Ethan, through the beautiful picture of your shadow on the beach, I can see you are...very tall now. Will you become a great missionary as your father's wish???
Jeremy, is Yung Jamine's husband???
